Delete your ScanCabinet account

Creating an account is optional. Your scans work locally without one.

Delete your profile in the app

1. Open ScanCabinet and go to Menu → Account.
2. Sign in to the account you want to remove.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. If Firebase asks for a recent sign-in, sign in again and retry.

If you cannot use the app

Email bokimk.ap@gmail.com from the email address associated with your ScanCabinet account and request account deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before deleting it. Do not send us your password or scanned documents.

What is deleted and what remains

Deleting the profile removes its Firebase Authentication account and requests deletion of its account cloud backups and associated cloud data. Local documents in the app's private storage, copies in Pictures/ScanCabinet, and files you exported or shared are not removed by account deletion. You can delete the documents in the app and the album copies in your gallery or file manager. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes its private local library; exported and album files may remain. Data already shared to other apps is governed by those services.

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel cloud renewal in Google Play subscriptions.
